Jazmin Sylve

My name is Jazmin Sylve and I was born and raised in New Orleans. Before I began my journey as a doula, started my career in early childhood education. I have always had the gift of calming children down and figuring out the best ways they can learn. While working in the school system I started to realize that something was missing in the community of mothers. That something was support and information before their children came to school. I knew I had to do something about this.
Fast forward to today, I am passionate about providing the support moms need in the period where they are expected to figure things out. Through being a Doula and Nanny I’ve been able to provide mom and infant care, compassion, comfort, and confidence to all the moms I meet. I believe that the experience moms have during birth matters and should be held to highest standards. This is the beginning of a journey that she should be listened to, loved and supported, so she may do her best in raising her new baby. I love being a Doula and helping moms experience their best possible birth experience.
